These terms govern the use of the VozIA service. By using our service, you accept these terms.
Service description
VozIA provides a virtual receptionist service using artificial intelligence. The service includes call answering, reservation management, and transcriptions.
User account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service legally and ethically. Not permitted: using the service for illegal activities, attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with service operation.
Payments and billing
Plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except as indicated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from the control panel. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
VozIA is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
